INTRODUCTION
 Hello everyone welcome to group 32 blog on formatting an electronic worksheet. We all can recall on our previous lesson on the importance of an electronic spreadsheet. Some of the importance of electronic spreadsheet is.

HOW TO ALIGN TEXT

Our next subtopic to describe how to change text Alignment, merge cells, and Wrap text. 

Alignment of text means positioning of text in a cell either at the left, top, middle or bottom of the cell.

Spreadsheets are free to use

STEPS OF ALIGNING TEXT
  1. Select the cell or group of cells containing the text.
  2. Click on the home tab
  3. Go to the alignment group.
Select the alignment you wish to apply 
  1. Top align 
  2. Middle align 
  3. Bottom align
TOP ALIGNMENT
To align a text to the top you can either align it to the left, center, and to the right depending on your preferences. 

To align a text to the top left, first select the cell you wish to align and move your mouse key to the top align key and the left align key at the same time to align the text to the top left.

MIDDLE ALIGNMENT

To align a text to the middle, you can also align it either to the left, right or center.

To do this you first have to select the cell and move to the alignment keys to choose your preference.

BOTTOM ALIGN 
To align a text to the bottom, you can also align it either to the left, right or center.

To do this you first have to select the cell and move to the alignment keys to choose your preference.
